At Walkaroo Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
